Y’all, the vibes here were just right! Real comfy bed and that rain shower was heaven after a long day. Breakfast was packed with local goodies, but bless your heart, finding a spot to sit was a challenge. Our room was nice, but it was too small for our taste. Can't forget the friendly staff makin’ our stay feel extra special!

This hotel’s location near Mainz train station is super convenient. The room felt cozy but definitely on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the unique open shower design. Breakfast had a great variety, but securing a seat during rush hours was a bit challenging. The fitness center impressed me with its equipment, though it could use a few more cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough, and I faced some noisy ventilation issues at night. Checking in turned into a hassle as the staff seemed overwhelmed during busy times resulting in confusion with my breakfast charges.

A cozy stay with good vibes

The location was incredibly convenient, situated just behind the Hauptbahnhof, making it easy to explore Mainz. The lobby had a vibrant atmosphere, boasting live DJ entertainment and welcoming staff. A highlight was the breakfast spread, featuring high-quality local ingredients that made for a delightful start to each day. The wellness center offered a serene escape, with impressive city views from the gym and sauna. Comfy beds and an interesting room design complemented the experience.

The air conditioning struggled to cool down the room, making it uncomfortable during warmer weather. My request for a fan was only partially fulfilled, and the one provided was in poor condition. Additionally, I experienced a lack of attention from housekeeping, as my bedsheets weren't replaced even after several days, and there were issues with housekeeping entering my room without knocking.

i had a fantastic stay at me and all hotel mainz, by hyatt! everything exceeded my expectations, especially the friendly staff and comfortable room. being so close to the train station made my travel super easy during my previous visit to the city.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cozy room with its incredible atmosphere. The staff provided impeccable service, always friendly and attentive to my needs. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh options that catered to various tastes. The hotel's ambiance is inviting, making it a worthwhile reason to revisit the area.

Some amenities felt lacking, like a robe and slippers that could enhance the experience.

The Queen Room was super comfy, with a modern vibe and a spacious layout. The bed was a dream. I slept so well! Loved the big TV for chilling out after a long day. Also, that free minibar was a nice touch. The shower had a cool open design too. Just felt like some of the little accessories were missing, like maybe a robe or slippers would have been nice.

The room was well-designed and offered a unique atmosphere, featuring a separate toilet and an open shower within the room. The hotel's proximity to the Mainz train station made it extremely convenient for my work-related travel. I also appreciated the fitness room, although it felt a bit warm during my workouts. The overall experience was pleasant and fulfilling.
